  • At the front for that- what an epic set- this was definitely a high point. Was so glad they played a guitar heavy set, despite how much I love Kid A.

  • only the radiohead crowd can clap in polyrhythm.

  • I can :-D but what I still can't do is believeing {<---spelled wrong} how amazing this kind of human beings are at their instruments independantly. But mos importantly, as a band. I see RadioHead mora as a team that any other band in the world. I mean, they cooperate with each other, no matter how amazing or simple their own line is, as long as they make the BEST music.

  • Best in the festival!!!

Although where I was the crowd was kinda dead!

    but still AMAZING!

  • Best gig i've ever been to

  • agreed.

  • saw this live at reading 09!!! best song of the setlist! they were fuckin mind blowing. they were my favourite band b 4 this so now ther on a god like level to me

  • Yeah, great song!

I like of Ed making cool backing vocals on this song!

It's a sorrow to see Ed image so far.

    He is so good looking!

  • this was my favorite song live this year, Radiohead were amaaaazing

  • just got back from Reading - awesome, simply awesome. Takes me back this does!

  • Agreed!

  • watched this on tv, man it just looked incredible. it looked and sounded amazing but what it must of been like to be there is something i'll sadly never experience

  • Why?

  • .....cos i wasn't there, duuuhhhhh!

  • I saw them outdoors in 08 and found it mediocre. It was awkward being with an audience with half of them not fully familiar with the band's stuff - same at Reading. One minute everyone will all be singing along to a hit Paranoid Android, the next most stand about waiting for 'The Gloaming' to finish and something more guitar-based to start up again. If they saved more their experimental efforts to smaller indoor venues with dedicated fans, their anthemic festival gigs would be greater yet.

  • That's typical.. blaming a band for yourself not knowing the material... :-)

  • I know their material if anything too well for my own health. And I've liked it all at some point (except HTTT). If Phobe VVV says lots of people were into it - that's a good thing. I just didn't get the same vibe from the people I was around - my fault. But you know what I mean right? I mean something like Idioteque would be better indoors in a rave-theme with an audience that are all up for it. Out there I was just a tad uncomfortable cos half the people nearby got lost at random intervals.

  • All of the people I was near at reading seemed to know every single song they played and they didnt play too many old ones. From what I remember everyone was very into it

  • great stage setup. great song. great band

  • Always some wankers clapping out of time, christ. Atleast they stopped fairly quickly

  • LOL. Did anyone at Reading see people attempting to clap along to 15 Step? Fucking hilarious.

  • People try to clap along to fucking everything, anywhere. Even the most obvious "don't clap along to this" songs. Pisses me off (: <3

  • The bands kept getting everyone to clap along though?!

  • If you watch the video, Ed is encouraging people to clap to 15 Step

  • Yep! I was like yea...gd luck with that

  • i think i was stood right next to you

  • just got back frm reading, what an incredible night!

  • wow! thank you!

  • bloddy hell. you got thisone up quickly. fair play. loooks wicked

  • :flowers:
