1. find yourself some stairs, if they have a lip on the edge the better

2. stand at the bootm of these facing the way the stairs go.

3.proceed to walk up the stairs.

4. get your foot caught on something (like the lip afore mentioned)

5. fall over, this can be natural or dramatic, natural has a better effect though.

6. revel in the pain.

Congratulations you have now fallen up the stairs in 6 easy steps. Pun not intended.
