Looks like a great toy but lets see how it does in the long run. That thing is like making a pinto a monster truck. It looks cool for a min but still just a pinto
Luv the song, and the Rhino is ideal for just about anything! Really is a powerful little guy. I like the storage boxes anything you need can go in them. Fascinating and useful all the way around.
really not the smallest; I think in even in the US it isn't the smallest, but definetly not the smallest in the world; even in Germany we got smaller ones
@FuckingDestiny001 No other vehicle in the world can provide up to 2000 litres of knocking down power without water, pumps, aerating devices, ets. Ours can!
i think it is sweet to have one of these for brush fires it would be great to be able to get up the mountianz to a fire in one of these i thik it would make a great diffrance quicker respones time even fire truck is big even the snuffer is a bit big to be driveing up in the mountianz and to be able to draft wirth one of these makes it that much better of a minni snuffer.....P.I.B. vol.f.d
@skoalgreen It works very well in the forestry industry, and it is very rapid in response, also in making fire breaks very quickly before the front of the fire.
I have to disagree with masterchief. We have come a long way with foam and it is not nearly as destructive to the environment nor the vehicle/structure, foam is a great idea since the vehicle is so small. What does the price of something like this run???
We have found that in parking garages that the volume of the fire is so great before the water sprinkler system activates that the fire is most likely to spread to adjacent vehicles. Our vehicle can be rapidly deployd in these garages with great effect and with the 2000 liters Class B foam on board, TURN THE VALVE AN LET IT DEVULGE THE FIRE!!
Foam it was thee airport rig sprayed my buddys truck out with, but It was too laate for the srt-10 ram.RIP. Full tank of Race gas, an A race quad in the bed.less than 2K miles. Great insurance though.
I like the concept, but foam is damned expensive, hard to clean, and very bad for the environment. We generally try not to use foam unless it's a stupidly-uncontrollable HAZ-mat fire.
Thank you for your comment, you are entitled to your opinion, even if this vehicle is gay in your mind, it get`s the job done, and I bet it is a turn on for you!! What is sad though is that our video is also being watched by aspiring fire fighters, whom we provide with life saving equipment, and your cussing is not called for. Rest assure your behind might just one day be saved by one of our gay vehicles!!
I agree with what you ahd to say to that gentlemen, i to am a fire fighter and dont appreciate the rude comments made toward people trying to make it easier and safer to do our jobs.
We have place the cylinder in such manner that we keep the centre of gravity as low as possible. We have opted to use the Kawasaki TERYX 750 which offers more width than the Yamaha Rhino.
We are utilizing the unit in the plantations and offer training for all the guys using it. No roll overs yet, because we tested the unit to the roll over limit, and incorporate it in training.
that thing look real top and rear heavy hate to see it go up hill or something looks like it ould roll the Australia Bush fire use qads sim but have no bucket seats like that or role cage so the rider can move to help counter weight
@PSKEMan -----Look at the Polaris Ranger it has double the pulling power and payload of any of the other side by side ATV's next best for pulling is the Kawasaki Mule
You are right it is not a truck, the reason why we used that phrase is because of the 2 000 Liter knocking down power we have, and you would need a truck that can carry 2 tonnes in comparrison.
Thank you sir, for this application we use Protect-o-Burn Marine3, an additive which breaks the surface tension of the water, resulting in you getting much further with your water. We break the water droplet down for better penetration into the "fuel" where it really matters.

I dunno, jus strap some wheels to a fire extinguisher and give it to the mythbusters to see if it's possible to make it remote controlled :)

How much can it pull? Our portable pumps weigh approx 200KG and we sometimes transport them on small trailers hooked on to quad ATV's.

We also utilze a small trailer and can pull in weight more than 550 kg
