  • I love the Dalek's reaction at 1:55!

  • My mom knows those people

  • OMG! A very old-fashioned doctor who cartoon! I'm soo watching this!

  • Ah...how fan films used to be done, before the internet and moderately powerful computers.

  • Reminds me of one of Trey Parker and Matt Stone's early films

  • Lol...this is horrible animation...even for those times

  • WHAT THE FUCK TIHS IS AWESOME

  • aha, i hear some sea devils music........

  • @animationdude56 That's funny, to me it sounds like music from Baker's last season.

  • @JoeConcerts Ah really, I've never watched the Sea Devils, I probably ought to, I hear its a good story from the Pertwee era.

  • wwwwwwwhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaattttttttttttt???????????????

  • What's sad is that this is actually better than the Scream of the Shalka...

  • Ha ha! The Wizard Of Speed And Time!

  • what a completely utterly confusing animation! :P

  • Looks like a Bill Mather animation

    nice work from Gag Halfrunt.

  • Looks like a Bill Mather animation

  • Since when do the Daleks exterminate from their arms instead of their eye stalks?

  • @HarvestmanMan Since the begging of Doctor Who.

  • @HarvestmanMan they have since their very creation in the 60's.....

  • they are living organisms inside the Dalek shells actually

  • lol "Welcome to beautiful Skaro"

  • absolutely love these two toons he did... marvelous work. must've taken him months, if it was done in the 90s at the latest.

  • very cool

  • It's like a professional made it itn the 1930's.....I think?Where did you find it!?

  • Don't know who made it? The people listed in the credits perhaps? An old fan group called Terminus TARDIS.

  • whoops off by 10 years... oh well...

  • You do know this was made probably 40 years ago, right?

  • @Eldfrey , Pertwee was the Doctor 40 years ago. Plus, the music cues are from the JNT era. As such, the cartoon likely ranges from 30-20 years old.

  • what are the themes at 1:42, 2:28, & 3:16?

  • this sucks. I always dreamed of an animated doctor who but this just crushes my dreams

  • for not being professionaly made that was verry good. but as for the soty line someone should have done a bit more research. but over all im kinda impressed

  • not very good.

  • Very Cool. It was better than some "professional" cartoons I've seen.

  • It's like a silent creepy colour movie.

  • I want an Acme Inflatable Time Lord!

  • Your subscription to humphries2004 has been added.

  • Why would I wanna call a Dalek? :]

  • best cartoon in the flipping world!! i mean it!!! =D xoxox

  • That's strange an ACME product that actually works? What would a certain coyote think?

  • This is Awsome!!!

  • Lol, ACME inflatable Time Lords XD

  • wow..... who on earth made these?????

they should be released as extras on the DVD's!!! they put that other fan production on one of the DVDs, and these are a hell of an accomplishment.

  • I believe the sign that says "Beautiful Skaro" is an oxymoron!

  • WhoToons! Yay!

  • 1:44 ahhhh now thats a nice old familier word.....ACME..... :')

  • Well!

  • Doctor who and the Wizard of speed and time. Very cool.

  • Superb, sublime, succint, succulent, superior to Scream of the Shalka, Infinite Quest AND Dreamland, in absolutely every respect. Fund it, don't change the budget, broadcast it. Doctor Who needs, NEEDS, a proper cartoon and a video game and a film, and this was just perfect, this cartoon, on BBC in the morning, it'd be brilliant. I'd love to wake up to Cheerios and this. Fantastic.

  • That's adorable! Thanks for digging up this nugget.

  • the signs are a bit obvious lol......beautiful skaro???? yet it has a bunch of daleks in it...thats not beautiful

  • Ah, the "Wizard of Speed and Time". I saw that movie, a long time ago. Not too shabby, for a cartoon that was probably knocked together on someone's desk during lunch hour...

  • Ah, Mike Jittlov's masterpiece. I actually met him in Lillehammer of all places before the Olympics. Great movie.

I like this cartoon and especially his cameo. :)

  • Christopher Cook, the animator, went on to work on the PowerPuff Girls comic book adaptation for DC comics. Gonna have to link this to my facebook, thanks for the memories:)

  • Ah the good old days of 80's Doctor Who fandom. Chris was a pretty popular fan artist, animator, and fan of classic animation back in the day. Plus he was a really nice guy. He did several of these hand drawn cartoons.

I moved away from Atlanta back around '94. Always wondered what happened to him.

  • I lovethis - reminds me of the old 70s cartoons from france

  • ACME Inflatable Time Lords XD

Good to know that, despite the diffenrences, seeing as Doctor Who is more complicated than the Road Runner, American and British kids basically watched the same cartoons.

Not sure what I think of the Dalek's mass suicide. Kinda blunt. But... they really just exploded... and Daleks have killed themselves in real episodes....

  • WTF?!

  • "Inflatable time lords."

  • This was cute. As to the question below, I believe Daleks in general are quite unstable in their logic, cause whenever they are faced with say the Doctor, they start screaming.

  • Why would the Daleks have logic circuits if they are living thinking organisms?

  • Good question, and isn't it a bit violent and random for the daleks to suddenly commit suicide in the middle of a kid's cartoon?! =|

  • @judasatan *

Obviously you haven't seen "Death To The Daleks"

    "Destiny of the Daleks"

    Or

    "Remembrance of the Daleks"

  • @TomatoeAssassin Not everyone can see those episodes because Terry Nation has people pay out their ass to air those episodes, and not everyone can afford every Dalek episode. Greedy bastard.

  • @judasatan becuase this was made 37 to 30 years ago.

  • @judasatan see why this show pushes what u can believe

  • @judasatan They're mentally challenged I guess.

  • @judasatan Two words: onboard computers.

  • I remember watching this in the lobby of Whitehall on the Emory Campus. It was brilliant, and Chris was so talented. God, and I was so young!

  • the animation looks like the same as the lion, Witch, and Wardroe cartoon.

  • Bwahahaha, the Wizard of Speed and Time! Brilliant!

  • Terminus TARDIS, that's from Atlanta!

  • I am sure this one was made by Kevin Davies wasn't it?

  • NO! It was made by that genius Christopher Cook. Please...credit where it's due! :-)

  • Sorry - I believe you're right. I am not sure what I was thinking that day!
