  • You have good rotation and head movement. Nice work!

  • im a southpaw too man good punching. I noticed you have a tendancy to drop your left hand when jabbing or throwing the lead right hook but other than that good stuff keep it up

  • Wow your very fast and have a great technique.. I notice you keep telling BOB to shh though and he isn't making any noise :) Keep it up mate, but be nice :D

  • I wish have a bob with my president's face printed on it. I could spend hours & hours "training"

  • @InamberI Which country.

  • @bobjoemagee I've been learning to box for over 40 years. Still learning. LOL

  • @jessemrk you ever consider taking up muay thai?

  • @bobjoemagee Probably a bit old for Mauy Thai now mate, as I'm nearly 50 :-)

  • @jessemrk well i figured by now it may be a bit much lmao still! for a 50 year old you look to be in amazing shape.

  • @BrianBoi96 seriously...i dont want him hitting me at ALL

  • you are very acurate and speedy ... have you filled him with sand or water ???

  • @gregakos Mine is filled with sand, which makes it much more stable than with water..

  • Is this good for lowkicks as well?

  • @moonsmilelucide No, not lower leg kicks.

  • very good punching, very firm and precise

  • Hi,

I'm planning to buy this Bob XL size in the near future.

When you punch it, it doesn't seem to move too much, which is great.

Did you fixed it on the ground, or is it the standard sand/water that is making it stay like that?

If this does not move too much I could put it even in my room!

    Cheers.

  • @roger3dfx Hi Roger, no I didn't fix it to the ground. I just filled it right to the top with sand. ( water isn't as good ) But if it is used on a slippery floor, it will move a little bit with each punch. I use it on carpet, and have placed a thin sticky rubber matt under it, so it grips to the carpet. Cheers Mark..

  • haha 45? damn u good, i to want a bob :P

  • Hey jessemrk do you think you could post some tutorial videos on punching mechanics, I want to get my punches to snap like yours.

  • dang, what a fighter!

  • Man I hope I can move at least HALF as well as you when I'm your age! Great stuff!!

  • Thanks mate. That video was taken in Jan 09. But it feels like a lot longer.. LOL I'm gonna take up lawn bowls soon !

  • mice work mate, ill try some sand instead. cheers

  • looking fit man, how much do you train?

and do you have water in yours or sand?

  • Thanks mate. Not so fit these days at 45. I train 6 days a week, but do a lot of easy stuff these days, like speed ball and BOB... My BOB has sand in it, filled right to the top. Which seems to weigh it down more than the water. Cheers jessemrk.
