Dont talk unless you know what your talking about. The REFEREE, in the red bands, is not supposed to break up the fight, because he is WATCHING for penalties. Linesmen are supposed to break up the fights. Youll notice that the ref says something to one of the players, to avoid a 'third man in' situation. I happne to know each of these officals personally, and they did exactly what they were supposed to do.
