Aaaaah. That's my favorite approach to downtown. It always makes me happy to see all those shiny new buildings being built. I always thought it was funny how going down 35 looks all urban and densely built-up, then as soon as you cross I-30, it's BFE. Hahaha, nothing down 45 except trees, the "river" and random industrial sites.
