Crazy how I can't choose between this one and the studio versions, they're just both great; like Insight studio and Insight in Peel session.

This never happens for me, even for great live bands like Pink Floyd or The Who, the studio version always prevails

Nice one - it's the last disc I need for my collection! I have all the rest, so I like the picture of the Unknown Pleasures record on this posting. I was lucky enough to see JD in Nov 1979 just before this concert and it reminds me so much of that great night. Best band ever. RIP Ian

one of the better versions, but the best one is on GRUFTGESAENGE (Live at the Paradiso, NL), it's so dirty and rough. brilliant. almost creepy
