@landofoz1 actually... I am using a Standard Gauge Comb on a Chunky Gauge Machine. Also the machine I'm using the comb on is a Singer. Hanging the cast on comb first is how this particular cast on is accomplished. So that would be considered "normal" Thanks for playing!

Is it that you're hanging the cast on comb onto the ravel cord like you would with the Bond?
This is going to bug me now until I know the answer!

The sound was out of sync with the picture - is that what you meant by something being odd about it? This sometimes happens with mine.
