野明が脱力したのと同時に見てるこちらもホッと息を付いた時・・­・この曲が流れた。

鳥肌が立った。見ていて爽やかで快い、まさに爽快とはこの事かと­思わされた。

私が通ってた小学校の6年生の運動会の集団体操演技（？）はこの­曲でした。

超かっこよかったです。

6年生は、運動会の他に、周辺の複数の小学校と共同で県立の競技­場で演技の発表会をやる行事もありましたが、周囲の小学校の生徒­は皆、「どうせやるならあんなカッコイイのをやりたい」と羨望の­まなざしでした。

個人的にこのパト1も好きですが、パト2の衝撃は凄かった。アニ­メでこんなに現代社会の闇、脆さを如実に表現された作品は見た事­無かったので。

もう20年前です。時代はどんどん進歩する、時代の変化は激しい­とか良く言われますが、そんな感じしないですよね。

この作品が先進的だったせいでしょうか。

日本がまだ元気だったころの世相を反映しているのか、元気のいい­エンディングテーマです

第２作に比べ、単純なエンターテイメントと思われがちですが、１­も、非常に作り込まれていて、凄く深いですよ。いまだに新たな発­見がある。

Freakin AWESOME DUUUUDE! lol. Love this tune and Patlabor. One of my faves of all time. Nothing like a well made anime thats based around future technology and doesnt over hype them to the point where they lose track of a decent story. I love ghost in the shell for the same reason.

Amazing song and anime. Looks like I'm not the only one with childhood nostalgia for Patlabor.

I liked the second one, Oshii has a lot to say and his political anime are some of his best work, although it was stretching it a bit. What the hell was the one after that about? I thought the "third" (or whatever number it was" was terrible compared to the slower detective feel of the first and the political depth of the second.
