This is great man.Quick and to the point tips for steel.Just found you,and have been takeing heed to all of this.Started in January, and I am hooked. Thanks Mickey...Mark
Can you tell me the general purpose of the BC pedals. I know the AB will convert the I chord to the IV chord, but what do the BC pedals do in that regard. Does an open E become an A6 with the BC pedals engaged or is it an inversion of an F# minor or both depending on what the rest of the band is playing? Help!!
Becomes E 6+9, PLAYING THE bc AND STRINGS 7654 gives you a straight minor chord...In e would be a "2" chord, F# minor, which in effect, is A6 aswell...
Mickey I am so greatful for these compact lessons, Its like you walked up to me and gave me a Polynesean island with 100 dancing girls and said "Have a good time". Its incredibly generous of you- and recorded in pristine video and audio to boot. Thanks so much Josh Golden NY (no players around)
Well lets put some grass skirts on those girls and make them "rotate the crops"...LOL...Josh, thanks for posting. Im happy to hear that i have something worthwhile to share with you...You write me anytime...Mickey

I prefer a Mesa Boogie simulclass, 15 EV, MkIIC straight...
