The video discuss several ways classroom management can be positive. The first weeks of school is very important because a teacher set rules and procedures for students to follow. These guidelines should be enforce daily. I agree with the video in that education is the most powerful weapons in which you can change the world. I believed that an individual will have a hard time in life without an education. Teachers should motivate students,keep them active, and get to know their students.
