  • zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • he looks like a disco santa

  • he has amazing razor skills

  • can you please tell me where is this barber shop located

  • @barishfadliyev its in icmeler but the last few years Ibo has stayed in his home town of Izmir, we all miss him terribly he was such an exxpert

  • Wow, they even trim nose hairs

  • @doobiesmoke15 it was a great shave

  • He,s like robert de niro

  • where is the fire for?

  • @Xylous to burn the fien hairs on your ears

  • Whats so different about a close turkish shave from a regular straight razor... OH GOD IS THAT FIRE?

  • @muchachomalo yes it is fire and the difference is the care skill and pampering

  • love how everything links to BABA lol

  • My God! That barber is so skilled with the straight razor. I have tried to shave with a straight razor but have failed miserably all the time. I think it's easier to shave someone else with a razor like that than to try it on yourself.

  • Good to see one more person understanging (at least) the most basic fact that Turks are much civilized and friendly nation/race than many other existing today with higher popularity...

    With Respect,

    -Kayıhan

  • My god, the speed which he cleans the blade with his hand .. MAN that's scary xD

  • ahhh la dolce vita!!!!

  • Borat at 0:27.... I laughed so hard..

  • this has got to be the most definitive video of a proper turkish shave,,,, they are really so good....

  • @1sttony7 thanks I felt at the time that i needed to be shown I cant believe I went there for 4 years and was frightened to have one in case I got cut. I shave once a month with a straight razor, getting better!!

  • @sfaragher 118,000 other people think so too ha ha

  • @sfaragher i was unsure at first, but i had one every 2 days,... fab!!

  • This IS full service! Take notes.

  • @azpeev I know I'm back inTurkey on the 18th October unfortunately Ibo isnt there any more.

  • @Glicknl al av you fucken shot for fuckall you fucken gay faggot i hope i see you one day because i will have you murderd fucken homo

  • the turks are crazy bastards did you hear about the turkish guy who accidentaly shot his dad and 2 aunts at his own wedding he wanted to celebrate by shooting an ak47 into the air lost control and ended up killing most of his own family fucken dumb turk

  • NOOO!!!! He ain't no santa with no beard!!

  • unfortunately he's not there any more....which is a real blow found one in May now quite as extensive but the shave was great, its on the main road about 200 metres from the tansas same side, and its a unisex barbers, Cesars or something like this and a haircut and shave cost around 20 or 25 lire think the shave would ahve been about 15 on its own. Also it worth buying a some turksih shaving products, Arko shaving cream arko moisturiisng cream, adn ark coclogne,

  • im off to icmeler in july - any directions for this place?

  • also try wets having at home the trick is to sahve three times in three different directions, then apply cologne, then apply mositurising cream then an after shave, use the arko shave cream and decent badger brush and a single blade heavy razor Im going to make a video about this of me shaving

  • @Morg00007 try KARISMA, very good , ... head and face shave 20 lira, going back in 6 weeks....

  • @Morg00007 try KARIZMA on the main street, ...very good ... went last year ...head and face shave 20 lira, fab.....

  • @1sttony7 yea think i defo try it out, got karizma saved in my memorey bank....be there in2 weeks!

  • @1sttony7 think that it where I went

  • @sfaragher did you enjoy it???

  • @1sttony7 it wasnt as good as Ibo but it was good enough and quite cheap too

  • @1sttony7 - Just got bk from icemeler today.......did have a Turkish shave couldnt tell u wot one.....was one of the many that was based around the resort. Hvae to be brutally honest it was all that impressive I found that i got closer shaving myself, the barber seemed to think i was joking went i told him that i got closer......an expereince none the less lol

  • err in the nose then when some else comes hes going to us it on them

  • What was he doing with the cotton wool?

  • i wish you were here in australia, i would be a regular client. you would make lots of money in australia doing this type of professional shave for men . and the massage fantastic. good work . we have things here in australia , but nothing as good as what i just saw. have a great day people .

  • 1 hour treatment (!) and only about £12...that's freakin amazing. i'm payin 15 euro (=20$) for a damn haircut only here in germany. no massage, no shaving, only a stupid haircut...i seriously wish they would bring more of than whole "complete treatment package" into germany / the usa. cause what you get here is 100% crap against the awesome service you get in turkey or india.

  • midnight express

  • about £12

  • certainly would be a bad day for him if he suddenly sneezed at 2:50....looks great

  • 0:27 TURKISH BORAT

  • OMFG!!! I was just about to say thaT!!!!!!!

  • hey fuck you

  • A tip. Turkey is an excellent country for tourists AS LONG as you go to the more familiar/rich places to prevent rip offs etc. (which can happen in every country btw). I didn't see a single unsatisfied tourist in my life(I travel a lot). Not to mention how everything is so cheap there, almost twice.

  • most turks chose english for conversation with the tourists, so i don't think that the country is more dangerous than mexico or the caribean islands. even greeks go on holiday to turkey these days, and they have been enemies for hundreds of years.

  • Is Turkey safe for Americans?

  • cant see any reason why it shouldnt be its not an Arab country or Palestine I think Americans arent as welcome there Turks are very pragmatic, if you spend they're your friend

  • @sfaragher

There's a difference between " an arab country " or " palestine " , i hope you;re not suggesting that Arab country's in general are unsafe for Americans or any other foreigners.

Besides Turkey is still a Muslim country so there's not much difference between Turkey, Morocco, Tunisia, Dubai etc

  • @sfaragher palestine is not a country.

  • @REdCr0ss98 its a wonderful place, they treat you well, a turkish shave is superb!!

  • @REdCr0ss98 seriously, are you stupid? what does mean asking "is it safe"? You think the only nice country in the world is us or what?

  • @REdCr0ss98 Yes, Turkey is relatively safe. Just tyr to blend in as a general rule if you go anywhere in the world.

  • Ive seen better.

  • Epic. The attention to detail here is immaculate. I would fancy a shave such as this.

  • the whole thing took nearly an hour so it was even better in real life

  • wow bring back memories when my ex partner and dad had one here at the same place in 06. i love to have had one myself lol

  • Wow, Borat says hello at 0.28!!

  • anyone know a place like this london?

  • not off hand but try and find our where there are greek or turkish populations in london there are a few barbers in liverpool advertising wet shaves so interest is growing in getting back to basics

  • I think it's called "Cutting House", and is in Holborn.

  • There are loads of places like this in London but you have to pay premium in that city, look at barbers elsewhere for cheaper shaves. For londers there Geo Trumper and a lot of the ones in St James or along Jermyn Street like Truefit and Hill

  • Maybe Efe Barbers? :-)

  • that is a lot of money

  • WoW you were treated like a King!

  • not bad for the money!

  • ABOUT £15

  • hey he looks much better now with the beard gone. makes him look more intelligent. :)

you said 15 pound? hmm thats roughly 27$ I believe canadian. i bet here they charge more... sigh but thanks for the video!

  • how much was that

  • i think seeing service and pride in what you do like these guys makes me feel bad that we Americans have such a fast society that we cant wait for anything, and miss out on great experiences like this.

  • Looks good!!!

  • now that what i call full service

  • HAHhAhaha....he sounds EXACTLY like Borat @ 0:27 hahaa!!!!!

  • he's burning the little hoairs from your ears, look painful but its jsut me being a big girl

  • How much did the whole thing cost?

  • about £15

  • was that fire around 3:40? what is that for?

  • Its for remove the hair ;)

  • going back in 5 weeks.... looking forward to a decent shave....

  • freaking sweet dude.....next Vaca....Turkey

  • Even the hair on your ears??? Good god, this is good service.

  • ahahh did baber said i cook you like turkish kabab AT 3:51? hah

  • this kind of barber service would put me to sleep. Even just watching is making me sleepy as it is already.

  • @jusitke07 made me sleepy and relaxed just watching this too and i'm a woman lol

  • HALLLO HOW ARE YUH

  • My problem w/such a shave is that I might flinch. Which would not be good w/a straight razor on my skin..

  • believe me ...these guys are great, you cant feel a thing.. and what a close shave!!!

  • I was in Istanbul last year: turkish shaving is like a drug, also if you have a not so strong skin....

  • tell barber not to take reverse order if your skin is sensitive.

  • Well, than, I think I could probably close my eyes and let the shaving begin!! :D

  • until you have had a turkish shave,,.... u aint lived!!

  • I'm not going to lie, that was the coolest shave I've ever seen!

  • Its that celine dions husband?

  • its to burn the hair outa your lugs........

  • whats with the fire

  • burns those little hairs which are too soft to cut

  • k thank you wonder if it hurts

  • that's service!! i want a shave like that

  • you have a slight resemblence to Robert De Niro in some places with your facial expressions when ur getting shaved

  • You talkin to mee? you talkin to meee?there's no else here

  • lmao nice one

  • worked out about $20 in full

  • This is the best shave I have seen, yet! and to think they charge at least $50.00 for a shave in the USA, plus a bad shave at that. and I'm betting this one is a far cry lower than that (I know). Probably $5.00 or $10.00, tops.

    Amazing shave!

  • A shave is a shave, takes a couple minutes. Anyone who would pay 50 bucks for that needs to give me some of what there smoking.

  • How much did this cost?

  • I always wish I can get a close shave like this..but being that I have very curly hair it always seems to cause ingrown hairs

  • use a straight razor or classic double edged safety razor rather than some multi-blade thing like Mach 3 or Fusion. The multiblade razors with their little rubber strips stretch the skin automatically and end up cutting the hair slightly below the skinline, which makes an ingrown hair much more likely than with a single razor blade which can only cut the hair to the skin line unless you manually stretch the skin a large amount.

  • did he just use normal clippers to trim the beard? cause he did it very well - and I've been wondering what to use to trim my own beardthat well and evenly.

  • yes just clippers Ive started doing it that way myself, they do take the beard really short but even. I used Remmington Ceramics

  • i was in there last week, really good shave, very relaxing and really friendly , tipped him as much as the shave !

  • thats real generous

  • Hap! ;) :D

  • have you got a habit of repeating yourself jambo?, like the jambos repeat getting beat

  • yes annoying he is repeating himself but maybe he didn´t think the comment came thorugh. Nice video though. I so want to travel now lol. Maybe I can save enough.

  • I feel relaxed just watching this

  • is that beside the blue bay hotel?

  • it's to the right and at the back of the Tansas supermarket on the main road in Icmeler

its about 100 metres on the left, its on a corner. just opposite the main school.

  • excellent , thailand is similar

  • Its called dedication to the job. People pay good money for stuff like this

  • awesome =) looks so relaxing

  • I would definately pay for this!!! turkey and the mediteranean (in most places) know how to prune!

  • Seems like he uses the remaining shaving soap for the face clean/ mask. Now that's one great way to make use of it! Smart!

  • no the face mask was different to the soap, you cant relaly tel but it was a green colour and dried and made your face feel taut great shave though!!!!!

  • You cant really use shave cream as a facepack as the cream is mainly glycerin for softening skin and hairs but a facepack is usually a type of clay that draws oils out, which im assuming hes using here. Looks like he offers a good service!

  • good choice of music for the video, adds to the atmosphere!

  • I see you enjoyed kissing the homo anyway :P

    Very good vid mate. Thanks.

  • i didnt use tongies though

  • with a blow torch

  • Your mother just shaved mine, ask her to do yours.

  • best part:

    HALLO HOW ARE YOU

  • So was it worth the money or no?

  • ooooooooh yesssssss,

  • That liquid he uses to burn off the stubble? What is it? Loghter fuel?

  • he lights a little torch thing and lights your ear hair and pats its out looks worse than it was

  • Why does he out that cream on your face? Isn't that a little much of it`?

  • you need to moisturise your face for a good close shave, otherwise it hurts, there loads of other how to shave videos which fully explain the zen of shaving

  • I see. I was just wondering because it looked a little odd or like some sort of peeling treatment.

  • oh that was a face mask gets all the crap out of your pores

  • in green lanes name is adnan.

    they do shave aswell::)

u can come there by tube piccadly line to manor hause.walk to 10 minute or got 29 buss

anyway I hope you will find it

  • i would go there all the time

  • What did he do to your nose?

  • he unblocked the pores in the skin its quite painful for a short time but shows you what crap you have in them

  • Wow, I wish I knew how he did that so I could do it to myself! Also, I wish we could get similar type of service in salons in the US without paying an arm and leg. I'm guessing the situation is the same in the UK. Especially with women's salons they are the most expensive. As much as I have to pay for a haircut, I wish they would give me a little face head and shoulders massage that would be lovely.

  • there are probably turksih hairdressers in the US, wherever there is a turksih community then there is usually a barer somewhere

  • Some barbers outside tourist cities do a shave and face massage for reasonable money and I found a good one while I was in Winchester, Hampshire. The same in a 'trendy' barber in Manchester or London is around £40!

  • is itme or does the massager guy(not the shaver guy) have painted red-tip fingernails??!!..look closely, staring at around 5:00

  • i think he is a homosexual, although I have o way of confirming this.....

  • The woman talks too much.

  • I know nut I have ways of keeping her quiet!

  • its good job I have come to london.because when i use to live out side of london there was no barber.well there was but they are not as good as turkish berber:)

bye the way when you come harringey there is my mate adnan best ever!!

  • Tell us where he is, like to give him a try.

    does he do shaves?

  • wow I miss Marmaris a lot. Because of the school, I'm not able to go this summer :( Also Icmeler is a great place. just curious , do u have a summer house in Marmaris ?

  • Wow thats relaxing to watch.. I can only imagine how relaxing it would be to have that done to me.. Wish they had places like that here in the states.

  • OMG ibo haha, i remember this guy from turjey my dad had a photot taken with him :D he's cool lool. ICMELER BEST PLACE IN TURKEY :D i love it, he does a great job so if u go 2 icmeler visit ibo x

  • Ibo is the best barber in Icemeler by far, he's not the chespest but the shaves are good value for money you would pay £30 for what you get over there over here

  • I want one of these! lol great video!

  • what its the purpose of the fire in your face ?

  • burns all your hairs off your ears

  • Good video mate!

How much did all that cost you?

  • about £15 the actual shave, face clean, face mask massage took well over an hour this is just the edited highlights!!!!
