As one of those people who says everything's gone downhill from Take to the Skies, I will say that I like this a lot better than the singles they've been releasing since Common Dreads. And I totally respect that the guys aren't into 'just having fun' with they're music anymore, I think the material on this new album shows them moving toward a happy medium between things that are easy to follow/get in to and relevant political statements.

Old Enter Shikari was just as politically active in their old music, though most of it was through metaphors or allegories, so I doubt you noticed it.
