  • I was there that day! It was about a 30 hour drive from where I live but it was so worth it. I was glad I didn't try for the first launch attempt 2 weeks earlier... After waiting 25 years I would've been pretty disappointed. I got to watch it leave the launchpad from the Causeway... Those clouds were to our left and fortunately didn't block our view :)

  • My oh my. Simply amazing. Wish we could see one more go from 39B, would make for absolutely amazing imagery pre-launch on the pad. Amazing video, just sad they are retiring the program.
