Yea but thats a different subject Ron is right about most women who get abortions is not because they were raped, or homesless. Usually cause they don't want a baby at the time.

Abortion isnt a crime unless the pregnancy is in its later stages, and to KrisN29, no it's not their fault they got raped but it would be their fault if they waited past the time abortion would have been legal.

It wouldnt be illegal to get the abortion after a few weeks so to wait until the baby is close to being born and getting an illegal abortion would put them or their Dr. accountable. I agree with Paul that it should be up to the states to decide that. small govt>big waste govt.
