Rondo role os not to shoot jump shots, why when you got Allen and Pierce. Rondo brings another dimention which is slashing to da basket type game, like TP. Bibby is dope in his own cuz he got dope 1/2 court game and run and gun. He works well extending da D cuz he has a great 3 and does well playing w/out da ball w/ backdoor cuts, and has dimes almost like a J kidd. It depends what your looking for in a team.
