Well, Ukrainian govt. was in on the court ruling and also agreed it was due to failure of Ukraine SSR. And my friend's grandfather went between a few German concentration camps in Poland and never once saw any form of extermination.
Point is: This doesn't mean Ukraine still failed to enact reforms that would have made agriculture sustainable, just as the point is many Jews (and others) still died in the camps in the later war, just from disease and hunger, not gassing.

I think most people knew this already. The fact is no one wanted to believe the Nazi's when they first dug up the bodies after Operation Barbarossa had started. Many suspected the Nazi's of this, and Stalin would never admit otherwise. Yes, the Soviet Union under Stalin did commit horrible crimes, not just against the Poles, but against Ukrainians and members of his general staff, and farmers. The "famine" was due in large part to Stalin's policies. The Gulag was Beria and Stalin’s idea.

Я и задал этот вопрос Игорю Василевскому(igorvasilevsky).
Ведь он написал, что бы очень дружить с Европой, нам нужно каяться, а потом якобы и так докажут, что документы - фальшивые. Но всем это и так известно, но Медведев с его едроссами делает все для того, что бы мы были рабами поляков и всей "демократической" Европы.
