@savagesword6 with a good player, long casting time shouldn't be an issue with/without casting speed + avas. an SB is skilled at maneuvering through a map and staying on defense to turn the outcome of the match in his favor. It involves strategy and for that Keiga is still one of the most important and valuable skills in PvP.

Compare the attack speed and cast speed you can have now, to lvl 40. At lvl 40 SP is limited and granted these people aren't the best, they seemed like they did the best they could.
