nope, when john joined the band he had already learned all of their old songs cuz he was a big fan, and chad learned some of their stuff from freaky styley aswell
john has said before he doesn't like his guitar work from Mother's Milk, which he was pressured into playing heavier with more distortion, and a heavy metal feel. One Hot Minute doesn't fit his style at all, so the band doesn't choose to play that either. Possibly same reasons for the first non-John albums too.
