Nice to see someone talking about the reality of being a "creative" and the compromises that you have to make.

It would have been nice to hear him speak about the way that business-people treat creatives ie: taking months to pay them and generally behaving with a certain degree of contempt for anyone who isn't on the 9-5.

Great book though.

@MythofDemocracy I thought the incessant chasing of the paycheck was the specialty of photographers, pain in the ass dealing with it. We should get paid for each follow up email and phone call required to get paid
