For what it is worth. My life long wish is to simply put the world behind me and chill with an icey cold beer with Mr. Emmanuel. A lot of people would not understand this as they are unfortunately blanketed by today's sparkly auto tuned "stars".
Every single video i have watched of Tommy shows that he really loves wat he is doing even after 50 years... He is sincere and humble... What a musican, what a man...!!
@valeriobert ONLY speed???? That's the most talented guitarist on the planet. Have you ever heard Somewhere Over The Rainbow, Those who wait, Michelle, Amazing Grace (watch the Seoul performance here on youtube) played by him? Just to talk about "slow" songs... well, Steve Vai said in an interview "I was stunned into silence, i don't think T.E. is the guitarist of the future because nobody in the future will ever play like him". Porta rispetto, è una leggenda vivente.
@valeriobert oppure, meglio ancora.
My god, besides a great guitarist of course, what a great guy! I saw him live last monday in Eindhoven (The Netherlands) and it was one of the greatest experiences I've had! If you have the chance to go see him, please don't hesitate. You won't regret it!:)
I friend of mine sent me the link to Tommy's music and I was awe stuck and wondering why on earth in my 47 years I have not come across him before... A consumate entertainer who obviously loves what he does and who I am sure thrills his audiences... How I wish I had an opportunity to see him live! I don't suppose that Moscow, Russia is ever likely to be a venue??? :-)
Thanks for the info Bigpineapple... I will be spreading this news around the expat community here who I am absolutely bloody sure will enjoy listening to Tommy! Cheers... and thanks again... Chris
@Ghurka12 In the coming months he will be in Sweden, Norway, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Reasonable train rides with an overnight stay for a Muscovite.

Truly awesome skills. This is the sort of playing that I aspire to one day achieve.
What is the name of the song that Tommy starts playing at 2:57? I know I've heard it before, but I just can't remember the name.

I figured some of the tunes: Pegao, Cavatina, Malaguena, Vals #2 and #3, Borsalino, and Golliwog's Cakewalk.
