this is pretty much the fastest route BUT there are smaller things you can do to make it even faster .. you could easily get a time of 50 seconds or less if you do the smaller things

the barbed wire fucked me up soo many times!!
The trick is to not look right up to it. Look on this video and you see i look slightly up the wall, and then press Q and Space fast. Time it right and you have done it!
