if you followed this tutorial this did a tethered jailbreak. Which means once you turn it off you can't turn it on without a boot tool.

Everything worked fine unil I rebooted the device it didnt turn on anymore. had to restore it again :(

u should try sbsettings to respring ur ipod touch 2g jailbroken and respring iz the same thing az rebooting ur ipod touch 2g without turning it off

it is in dfu mode i swear. if it isnt the clickboot wont even register cuz it says waiting for ipod to be in dfu mode

i keep having a problem everytime i try to reboot it using clickboot. since the usb isnt reconizing it the log keeps telling me iphone/ipod not connected....

it definetly worked! gosh bbut the end scared the sh!t out of me cuz my ipod turned off so i had to use clickboot but it wouldnt register but lucky the readme helped me out so i had to use the log.bat. but THANKS! hahhaha woooooot

you can always put it in DFU mode and start from step 5. At step 7 you have to manually type go and /exit on the command prompt where it asks you to

you should have a white screen at the begining of step 4. Then you press the button and a black screen should pop up. If it doesn't that means you didn't have a white screen. When the black screen pops up right click and paste and it should automatically paste stuff into the command prompt. Then your ipod should go black and then you proceed with restoring the jailbroken ipsw,
