@jam4798 We use Final Cut Express to edit this video. The program can only be run by a Apple Computer. This may be done in PS Elements but elements is a simpler version of CS3 and may not include certain features.

@Aimer12CP ...Like I said Its located in your Layer Window. You may have to look at the tabs on top of the application and go to Window then a dropdown menu will show up and then click Layers. Thanks!

@CPGraphicsBlur The flare was only so you can follow the tutorial. If you want more flares I suggest to Google images of Optical Flares.
