@xXxEmOpRiNcEsSxXx15 The sidebar.exe program itself needs to be running. If you are using Vista, you can drag all the gadgets onto the desktop and "hide" the sidebar.

How do u install the system animator ? it seems that it canot open the file ==; and im using Windows XP

For XP, you need to install "Alky RTM Sidebar" before you can use gadgets (.gadget files). The download link is available on the System Animator homepage.
