  • UNBELIEVEABLE

  • Nice tutorial! I'll use the PICHI-INNN knob like that, it's just having two patterns in one!

  • oh! so pathetic... !!! you dont know how handheld synths should sound...

you dont have an idea about music with little stuff... so bad. what a shame man

  • Wow, I never thought of doing this! It seems obvious now it's been show by you how! Thanks!

  • Thank you! :)

  • wow, that's so simple, yet so useful.

  • Thank you very much jetdaisuke for making this video! very helpful

  • 説明有難う!!!

  • great tutorial, thank you

  • Wow thank you, i had no idea that you could do this!

  • thats helpful mate :) why didnt I noticed that

  • Man i cant watch the HD it loads soooo long.

  • Extremely helpful for us synth newbs out here..

    thanks.

  • thanx 4 the info please keep it coming

  • Thank you very much for posting this.

  • wow thx, veery useful I had no idea.. also that dsi looks tasty.. do want!

  • whoa

  • Thank you! very good information!

  • Thanks Jet! That is a some cool info. That is definately going to help us DS-10 expand the lenght of our songs.

  • Well, maybe not the length, but the depth of our music.

  • Thank you this was very good

  • Good information. I knew this was possible... but it's tricky to find the exact places for certain pitches on that dial.... plus where to find the spot for a measure length on the LFO. Good stuff.

  • Its so frustrating setting oscillator 2 to a certain interval...and 3rds are impossible, from what I can tell. The first thing Korg should add to the next installment is a fine-tuning button.

  • @hellspark you can use the second synth to set the oscillator to a certain interval by hearing works just fine

  • Great vid man! This will help out a lot of DS-10 owners..... :)

  • Cool, thanks.

  • Thank you for this usefull hint! Cool!

  • thanks for the subtitles! =]

  • Wow, I had no idea! The DS-10 is really a great tool for learning about synths in general, in addition to lots of fun and a musical instrument. Thanks, Jet Daisuke, for the videos!

  • wow the Japanese NDS is a little different than the US NDS

  • no

this is a ndsi if you don't know

it'll come out in US in April accroding to what i remember.

  • That's the new DS that's supposed to be coming to the US eventually. The new one has a built in camera too. Screen's supposed to be a little bigger. I think it even has the web browser built in now as well.

  • cool, thanx for the update

  • Very useful. Thanks for taking the time to make this video. I love my DS-10! Your videos are really helpful!

  • WOAH! THATS COOL!

  • Good tutorial, though I admit I figured out how to do this on my own...

Then again, I have experience with big synthesizers too ^.^

Beginners, listen carefully and take care that your second note is in tune.

More advanced folks, deliberately set your MG's to different rates on each synth and listen to how your chords play or clash against each other. Finally, use long delays to create a huge sound, so the echoes play different notes like a choral round.

  • YOUR THE MAN!

  • A similar trick lets you use the patch panel to get a fade-in effect. Run the sawtooth wave to the VCA control and set the VCA control all the way to the left. Now set the Tempo knob all the way to the left and switch it to BPM mode. Now the synth voice you set up this way will fade in smoothly over 8 bars.

  • Whoa, that's a pretty sweet trick!

I'm a beginner with the DS-10, so your videos are always fun to watch. =)

    いい情報を聞いた!

    ありがとう、ジェットさん。

  • Super Cool trick!

  • Thank you very much for translating your videos!

  • ei, can you save what you create in ds-10??

and transfer it to the computer??

    i want one 0_0

  • you can save it on the cartridge yes, but as for transferring to a computer, you'd need to use the headphone jack. there may be another way, but that's the only one i can think on.

  • ur videos are the best jet daisuke ^-^

  • NICE HELP!! thx

  • Cool! Thanks for tut!
