Nice video man. Yea I moved from Vista to Ubuntu Linux after 5 months of using Vista because it crash during an update and was completely unrecoverable. Used Linux to recover my data lucky Now I currently run Ubuntu Linux and a visualization of XP on one of the faces of my desktop cube. Very handy, I can even copy and paste, drag and drop files between both OS's with no problem. A symbiosis relationship.
I use both OS/X and Windows XP on a regular basis. The reason for this is they both have different strengths. One can not be said to be better than the other, as they both offer advantages. Yes, Apple hardware is nice, but some very nice Windows boxes can be bought as well. I personally believe if you own a mac, it is never a bad idea to have Windows close at hand, and if you have Windows, a mac can be a breath of fresh air for it's differences, and relative simplicity.

i have vista ulitmate x64 and iam loving it!Some older games for xp wont work with vista but its here and there..I suggest no less then 2gb or ram for vista..I also run a ubuntu dedicated lixun box on an old p3 till i get more experience with it..linux is a little hard for me to get stuff working(Drivers & Hardware) but iam getting better

To get working wireless card you need direct connection to the internet to download some 3rd party bullshit which makes it to work. WTF? Im on Xp using vista integration programs wich allows DX10 on xp and gives my computer vista style stuff like the sidebar, i all so use a dock, im going to wait for the next microsoft OS

Yeah I loved the LH releases it is such a pain when they dropped it and released Vista. Try Mandriva and if you want to learn a lot Slackware. I have been using Slackware since 1997 and know it inside and out. Perfect Linux distribution but needs to be learned.

I think that pclinuxos has the easiest installer. Its also one of the most user friendly distros out there. It uses drak-live installer for installing and synaptic package manager for installing and upgrading apps. I actually think that the partitioning tool in pclinuxos is too easy. It actually makes you forget about the seriousness of properly partitioning your drive, all though there is an auto partitioning option. I actually like vista(havent had any serious problems yet) but I prefer linux
Well, most distros of Linux include a graphical partition editor and synaptics nowadays. However, I totally agree that PCLinuxOS is extremely user friendly, largely because of its windows like control panel. I've used about 20 different distros of Linux, and PCLinuxOS has been the easiest to get everything up and running on. Definitely worth a look if your interested in trying Linux.

Vista isn't XP with a paint job.
It has a differen't kernel and more DRM.
Vista=NT 6.0
XP=NT 5.1

Consumes low power.
Consumes low memory.
Performs awesome.
Has default driver for practically everything.
(even my linksys wireless G worked within secconds, and linksys HATES anything that isnt XP.)

I've used about 20 different distros of Linux, and PCLinuxOS has been the easiest to get everything up and running on. Definitely worth a look if your interested in trying Linux.

im using VISTA its awesome...ilove it...no problems. if Microsoft went out of business which it wont but if it did...i wont have 2 choices. 1 linux 2 mac i would go with linux always if i had to.fuck macincrap

i only use a mac i like osx 10.5 leopard microsoft sucks xp sucks vista sucks microsoft windows is the worst os osx 10 linux and ubuntu is a lot better then dos windows

Yes, vista is a flop. The drivers are fucked up and the main base is not stable. Not even close to Xp. I don't know how a company can make a really good os like xp and then turn all there experience into a shitty upgrade as vista... Let's have a vote. For ppl who like Xp just Say Xp at the last line of your comment. And for ppl who like vista put vista, if you want to put x32 or x64 its good but it's up to you...

I'm running Xp pro x32 and a x65 in this computer and I'm running Linux kubunty on my server pc and then i have my Mac which ofc runs leopard and then i have my other laptop which runs vista and the one i really don't use much is my vista laptop (wonder why...) Visa is the biggest flop Microsoft has ever done... Great vid lakercool... :D

I just switched from XP Home to XP Pro. I don't really know much about Vista but I've heard that it's full of problems.

yeah, well my computer is running xp but yea, i had a transformation i really like the xp but i love the appearance of vista, so i am running on xp, but it looks like vista, and well....i am not planning on switching from my xp to vista.
