I think it's lovely when someone learns catalan, normally people cant be bothered to do so, and they just learn spanish even if they actually live and work in Catalonia, but in Catalunya we love when someone learns our language and try hard to speak it as good as possible!

have you thought that Slovenian is just spoken in Slovenia? so if you go anywhere in Yugoslavia you won't be able to comunicate with anybody... besides, slovenian is a useless language outside Slovenia so, what's the point?

Hiya Liz, just one thing:

You tend to say "a veure" a hell of a lot... when you explain something to somebody. When a person does not understand you and you start to get irritated by it, you'll end up saying " a veure". ie. "A veure, no t'ho havia dit ja?!" Saying "a veure" the way you say it makes you sound a liiiitlle bit aggressive/patronising. In a few years time, you'll have to be careful with those who don't realise you are not catalan ;)

et felicito un altre cop el teu nivell d'aprenantatge es bastant gran i ho fas molt bé, ja aniras millorant els accents en els verbs , ja que son una mica dificils en català, i en diversos llocs de la geografia catalana tenen diverses pronunciacions i accents diferents.

petons i espero que continus aprenen aquest idioma. Si tens algun problema dubte amb el catala no dubtis a preguntar i si vols que t'ajudi t'ajudare en el que pugi.

Merely having had half a year of Spanish lessons in school & only other things on my mind at that time three years ago, I should hardly be able to understand anything should I? Hm, but I find myself surprised that I understood you quite ok. o.o I felt speaking French helped me with Spanish, I suppose it still does.
