Hi I'm lily and my friend and I is making a movie but we need wolves in it but I can't animate I was wondering if you could animate it for us if yes then I'll give you the details ASAP thanks.
@AnakateH8 You have to model whatever it is you want to animate, then UV unwrap it (make a frame that a texture can be applied to well) and make sure during modeling that topography (a grid around the model is all correct and has extra lines around joints for bends like the knee for example, or fingers in people etc). After model is finished, you can start to rig it (Apply a bone structure, and you have to through a lot of options to make sure everything bends correctly). Then skin & animate.
@AnakateH8 If it's your first time animating and that's all you want to do, you can look for free rigs and people/creatures to download that's already animatable from a site like ElevenSecondClub (Google it). If you want to go through the entire process of model, uv, rig, skin, texture, blendshapes etc - then you'll likely take a couple weeks to maybe 2months at most learning for the first time and getting it all looking good =p
not too many emotions. i only saw about 3 or 4. Wolves have a very large range of emotions. if this is just simply a test run, not bad. could use more expressions, though.
thats amazing!!!

The pounce seems a tad slow but overall very good, the fur/hair setup is interesting and looks like it needs a little more editing. Good work.

Is something like this easy or hard to do if you have no background in animation whatsoever?
