Wow......this has got to be one of the most historically significant recordings ever made. Can you just imagine it? Just hours after this was made John Lennon met Paul Mccartney for the first time.....absolutely mindblowing.
All I did was cutting out the radio comments, putting the pieces together & try to remove some noise, for people who wanted listen to this on their mp3 (like myself ;) The restoration - well it's not that good, but it gives a kinda ghostly haunting touch which I thought was fitting at the time. I bet I could do better now. Maybe I give it another shot sometime.
I dig the idea that this history was taking place while Buddy Holly and Eddie Cochran were still alive.

It blows my mind to think that this recording was actually made on that very day... also it is surprisingly clear, well done whoever cleaned it up.
