it hurts like a bitch and isn't fun, but it is an aspect of mma that shouldn't be over looked.

if you don't want to be slammed on your head at a 90 angle in an mma fight then you shouldn't be in mma.

and although choking is more controllable, there are far more accidents with chokes then with head slams.
