It's normal! She puts some serious efforts to sing correctly, and sometime this efforts are too much for her. That's why her voice is diferent on concerts. Every singer has this trembling in the voice. Probally very strong emotions or...his voice can't be much stronger after those efforts! :D still Amy is the best.
