The snake has no end, except for the tail. Once it has finished digesting its' prey, the snake vomits up any waste (hair and claws of prey) through its' mouth.
i keep a lot of snakes. the only thing i've noticed is every once and a while they'll spit up a mouse or rat skull that it decides is too large to digest.
