  • what up buddy great cover

can i ask where u bought ur bass ? ive been looking for the exact same bass with the bubinga finish everywhere. I NEED IT SOO BAD !!!!

  • @Corpsegrinder54 hey man, cheers for the feedback. much apreciated. as for the bass im afraid i probably wont be much help as i got it from a local shop near where i live called intersound (gloucestershire). they are not the kind of shop to rstock the same guitars as the ones they sell so they will not have another one in there now. hope u manage to find it somewhere. :)

  • @jimmyEADG yes jimmy

  • Nice cover, nice tone (y) Kudos !

What Pickups does your Spector have: EMG-HZ or the EMG-SSD? Because I was a bit reluctant to acquire a Passive bass, hence I looked for videos on YouTube to carefully listen to the tone. And I've gotta say they sound just as awesome as my Active one :P

  • @kakilleh hey man . thanks for the feedback. my pickups are the EMG-SSD series. This is an active bass by the way :)

  • @jimmyEADG No prob, m8. You'll see.. I'm about to buy a 5 string Legend Classic. Though the one I'm getting has a gloss finish, while yours has a Matte one. Both have EMG-SSD, which according to the website description, are Passive Pickups. However, it's got an Active Circuit, but judging by a picture of the back of the glossy one, there's no slot for batteries, so it's right away passive. Does yours need batteries?

  • @kakilleh yeah it does. it takes one 9v pp3. (the big rectangle ones). glad to be of help :)

  • @jimmyEADG Thanks man :) yeah, Spector Legend Classic is indeed an active bass (cuz of the circuit, not the pickups). My regards from México !

  • @kakilleh no problem :)

  • more like jimmyBEADG on this one! haha!

  • @SpiritualHealing1349 haha good point. :)

  • Dude that was great...wow I really want a Spector or a Warwick now haha. Nice! Not sure how you did it, but you captured Geddy Lee's tone very well.

  • @bullsnake70 thanks mate. that means alot. i just added plenty of treble and had less bass. spector is a great bass. thanks again

  • @jimmyEADG No problem mate :) Keep playing!

  • @jimmyEADG Also, how long have you been playing??
