To join the regt you need to go through internal recruitment from within one of the 3 armed forces... and then go onto complete a rigorous selection process. And believe me, its fuckin' NAILS to get through the selection process, let alone the training!

im a firefighter we wear about 45 pounds of gear wearing weight doesent really affect your agility THAT much but im not as agile as these guys i will say

you can only join the SAS if you are registered in the British Army. Its probably possible to get transferred from the US military, but only if you are somewhere in a Elite Task Force Division
