This was the most dreaded part to play as the werehog for me, due to the wireless lag on the Wii. The game was ALWAYS fun and a little nostalgic as Sonic, but once day became night, it's like I went to sleep and Freddy Krueger became my teacher!
Well to sum it up the Wii version is more like an adventure because of how the stages is layed out and you will have to less things than you do on the 360 version.
But the Wii version does have its upsides though!! Oh yeah the daytime sonic doesn't level up.
Now in the Wii version you will feel like you are repeadly doing the same missions over and over but that is fun somewhat because you are in a different setting each time. And the night time stages are divided into many upon portions. So the nighttime acts are slightly better on the Wii.
Also in the Wii you don't get the option of searcning for stuff but you get things based on what you unlock and how well you perform.
Wii/PS2: In this version you can't talk to the townspeople, can't collect sun/moon medals, or buy items for chip and have a field to roam around in.
Asiade from that in these versions the action stages are way easier and Sonic has less combos at night time but enemies are a lot easier to kill.
Another thing people remember the cutscenes in the PS3/360 version? You can actually explore the temples in the wii version. Pretty cool huh? More coming soon. I will keep gathering info. bye!!

Instead, in the Wii version, you are awarded medallions depending on your performance. Plus, in the Wii version, you don't use medallions to unlock levels. You use them to unlock secrets.
Yeah, the wii has lower quality graphics, but just cuz a game has cool graphics doesn't mean it's the best and kills all other games. And it's not for "tiny little babies" it's a family console. It's MAINLY gameplay.

Both games are awesome, The Wii version's stages are played inside the level (exploring inside the temples of Chun-nan, inside the caves of Holoska, inside the city of Shamar, etc) while the Xbox 360 levels play on the outskirts of the level. Only major difference is the speed boost and Hub worlds.

Trouble is the Wii aiming more at kids, means it has lost out on a good section of the video gaming market, plus it has lost a lot of it's old fanbase. but i do think the Wii has some good ideas, could really be the first console to appeal to kids in a educational way, with games like Wii sports, and Wii fit, both encouraging exercise and Wii music, brain training etc, and Xbox doesnt really do this. So that is one good thing bout the Wii.

WII is just a miracle.. ok graphics are not better, but not such bad! thats also why it's not high in price and long durability! PS3 have great graphics coz it use "blu-ray", the game's have blu-ray to, thats why their games cost like 60EUR

LOL you just proved why the wii sucks so much. A company that believes that people don't want to play online has sucks written all over it. playing as a Christmas elf and a italian plumber was okay for the 64. They suck now. Every game I see on the wii almost always has a 6 out of 10. No microsoft has gears of war, halo, mass effect,fallout ,gta,cod and a ton of other multiplatforms. wii only has the cheap shitty versions. Thank god for ps3 and 360

@axel2397 uhh not the wii version is the best. and just so you know they say that the ps3 has the worse online system it can take hours to find a game and its so bad i have the darkness for ps3 and xbox 360 its laggy and have no motion blur on the ps3 but on the xbox 360 it has no lagg.

Both games are awesome, The Wii version's stages are played inside the level (exploring inside the temples of Chun-nan, inside the caves of Holoska, inside the city of Shamar, etc) while the Xbox 360 levels play on the outskirts of the level. Only major difference is the speed boost and Hub worlds.

actually, wii has better graphics than the original xbox which had the best graphics last gen. if you are gonna compare, compare with xbox. wii doesn't have horrible graphics. they're decent for this generation, way better than previous consoles. if you look at some hardcore wii exclusives, you'd be amazed at how you underestimate the console.

the 360 version is not bad but i do prefer the wii version due to:
-shorter levels
-better detail in graphics
-USE THE GAMECUBE CONTROLLER!

If Xbox 360 owners here are saying the 360 version of this game is better solely because of its graphics, you guys need to get a grip and have a NES shoved far up your rectum so that you may realize graphics are the LEAST important aspect in a game's overall quality.
The Wii version looks more fun anyway.
And I own both.

I've played both the 360 and Wii versions. The 360 version is better for many reasons.
1. Graphics
2. More levels
3. Even amount of Day and Night levels
4. Better Super Sonic stage
And that's just naming a few. Go buy the 3860 version

360 can have better graphics, but wii is much better, i rly don't care about graphics, i prefer the gameplay, in the wii, you do not remain seated all the time, you have to use the wiimote and the nunchuck to punch the enemies and attack the robots.
even the console is better, 360 breaks all the time, and is always having an error.

IMO the xbox 360 version looks best but Wii plays better. There are some really frustrating problems with the 360 version like how a is jump and x is attack and how if u die a few feet before the goal u lose all your points

Trouble is the Wii aiming more at kids, means it has lost out on a good section of the video gaming market, plus it has lost a lot of it's old fanbase. but i do think the Wii has some good ideas, could really be the first console to appeal to kids in a educational way, with games like Wii sports, and Wii fit, both encouraging exercise and Wii music, brain training etc, and Xbox doesnt really do this. So that is one good thing bout the Wii.
