I once had a co-worker who was a conspiracy nut. So much so that I was glad that X-Files was on a Friday night so he'd have the weekend to climb down off the wall. But there was one time he came in hollering that we never landed on the moon. We tried to ignore him but he got louder.
Six months later, he comes in with pictures of a UFO taken from one of the Apollo missions. I cut off his raving about it and said,"Those are fake. You said we never went to the moon."
Apollo 10 occurred in May 1969. The Soviet Union had launched a series of probes to the moon beginning in 1959. (Luna 1 through 14. And Zond 1 through 5). Some of them met unknown fates. So frequent were these launches that there exists NASA footage of Luna 15 over Eagle. You may add to these the number of probes to the moon launched by the United States before May 1969. And of course we know from the number of craters on the moon that meteors and meteroids frequently find their way to the moon.
@kiraina I dont think we can say that an object in space is flying (the moon is not exactly "flying around the earth"), but sort of floating, so that would make this an, uh, unidentified Floating Object:P
Yes they do. wether or not it was a flying saucer or not will never be known I'm betting no. but it is 1) an object 2) flying and 3) unidentified so it is a UFO
What makes you say that? It's a fuzzy dot in a movie image from a camera being shot through the window. It's just as likely something inside the capsule as outside it. You can't see the bottom of the window frame, so we can't see when the object "appears". Even then, differences in contrast and lighting might make it impossible to see below the window frame even if it is inside.

Yes, I agree.
