1) its not a seperate gun, its an m16 with 9mm working parts (called ca conversion kit), which you can hav for most assault rifles out there
3) and i would be quite worried about your sexuality if you find a gun is ugly or good looking :s
4) and finally im guessing that you have never even shot on m16 with 9mm conversion kit, mabey not even an m16 or a gun atall.. so you cant comment on the accuracy or efectivness of something you have never tried

PARA does mean paratrooper but what they mean in this vid is parabellum refering to the type of 9mm round it fires 9x19mm round is used in most SMGs/handguns
also that M16 fires the same 9x19mm round it is made by COLT but KAC makes a conversion kit for your M16 also

It is actually considered a carbine. PARA could be a shortened term for Para-ordinance, a notable arms manufacturer.
