  • and this is why i keep my two 2x2 cubes far far away from eachother and wrapped in a shirt and put in a wood box.

  • Lucky for me, I saw the Artist: finger eleven before the video even started..

  • where can I get a magnet like that?

  • how did you get the magnet off of the weights when you were done?

  • i want one........... nice video so amazing...!

  • Well that all looked very useful in day to day life. No tic tac is going to ever fuck with you

  • I need to buy these.

  • LOL 420 lbs

  • Good vid. Need to find out how powerful a neo magnet truly is since I was planning to get like 4 of these in 4 inches diameter. Guess that's just an accident waiting to happen. Grrr think it's safe to only use 1 at a time.

  • @uznnal they dont make neodymium magnets in 4 inch cubes. the largest size cube you can get is 2inches by 2 in.

  • How about eating a penny and then sitting on the magnet?! XD

  • @TheSozimal ur an idiot; pennies aren't magnetic

  • @jessejcbrl Im german, what the hell do I know about $, I wass just making a joke, didnt have to be a dick about it!

  • @jessejcbrl Canadian pennies are. they are copper plated steel instead of copper plated zinc, like in the U.S.

  • Thumbs up if you muted this right when it started

  • What's the name of the song?? Really cool though

  • GOD DAMN YOU ARE BORING!! It doesn't take 5 months to see what happens to a dollar, TV, etc. Maybe you're just SOOOO fucking fascinated that you just had to be so so redundant and slow in moving on to other items. You stole 5 minutes of my life.

  • @StephonWJ

If I could steal 5 minutes of someones life I would be so happy. Kudos to the uploader.

  • just use a blowtorch on that magnet and it will be no magnet anymore

  • so you bought the magnets to have it lift weights and crush tic-tac containers??....interesting

  • How do you get one of these things off of the metal...? lol

  • can you climb through the hole that you make in the tv? i like to think you could!

  • On the tv screen you can see the tunneling effect of spaceflow

  • I did this to my dads television when I was a kid and wrecked it instantly. Turned the screen pink!

  • @chrisacres All you need to do is degauss it afterwards, though some don't have that option.

  • you just ruined your tv.. you know that right??

  • If you get them nickel plated they won't chip

  • Remember when YouTube had no ads? Remember when Vevo had no part in YouTube and WE could post music videos? Remember when YouTube was better? It was great back then, so why did they go and change it? I may be just one person, and I can't change this for myself, but there are more than just me, there are more than hundreds, there are hundreds of thousands of people on YouTube who are all fighting for what they love. We loved the old YouTube, and we want it back. WHO"S WITH ME?

  • @santaandbozodotcom If it ain't broke don't fix it.

  • I really like the song at the ending...

  • Excellent way to kill a tv !!

  • so thats how they made gigyas from earthbound, they just had random blotches of red and black on the screen and put one of those magnets up to it to make it look crazy

  • @teresadaniel uhuh...i can list off random pointless times too 0:01 1:45 3:22 4:01

  • Look up “magneticdentremovalsystem”. I particularly like the “very strong magnets which carry with ownership the need for responability”-part. Click “Professional Band Instruments Repair Technicians”. Note the need for a 5 to 6 feet “ferrous free zone”. WOW! Click “Enter the MDRS Technicians Site”. Click “Photos/Videos” and pick any of the four videos at the middle. Now we are talking strong magnets….

  • too bad this isnt the newer n52 neo mags xD those things are BEASTS!!!!!

  • wouldnt that mess up the t.v.?

  • @1010790 A hole in it? Kinda. :P

  • Free inexhaustible energy is real! But there are very powerfull forces that want to supress the technology,Check this free energy magnet motor at LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM ,Let the revolution begin!

  • tried this with my bare tiny neodymium disc magnets, still managed to pick up the corner of an old dollar bill

    man i love magnets

  • U can get shocked putting the magnet on the tv

  • try that with my 6"x6"x1" neo magnet. you would suck that word right out of the screen and turn that tv inside out.

  • like if you think that this song is overused

  • wtf???

    4:18

  • how does it move th money and shutoff your phone ?

  • @MasterXxploder idk about the phone but the money is printed with small traces of metal in the paint

  • fsdfsadf

  • 0.45 doesent that rouin t.vs?

  • What would such magnet do to your blood? From what I understand our blood is red because of the iron oxide in it. Why does everybody feel fine touch such strong magnet then?

  • After playing with this magnet you can get cerebral cancer

  • @SlavaSvarogu do you have any proof of that?

  • @SlavaSvarogu Magnetic fields are not harmful unless they are much much much much stronger than the one produced by this magnet (stronger than anything on Earth). You would need a magnetic field as strong as the ones produced by magnetars which would tear the electrons from the atoms in your body.

  • 2:19 moving da snow

  • I used one to wipe old computer HD's before trashing.

  • @STEVEGET that doesnt always work and for it to get rid of 100% of data will take maybe 3-4 hours the way i do it is by taking it apart and scratching up the disc using a screw driver then snapping it into loads of pieces

  • I'd be afird of hurting myself as megnats 1/2 that size are considered lefal.

  • how does that not mess up the t.v.

  • i wanna c u put tht near ur fone...

  • does it spoil your tv?

  • Thats insane! I would be afraid of hurting my self with that. Good safety demo at the end.

  • how many times have you almost jacked yourself up with it?

  • that cant be good for your tv

  • what is the name of the musik?

  • 100 times more permanent energy than petrol - without the heat!

  • how the hell you take it apart if you put it on a metal surface?

  • For those interested in buying any of these Neodymium magnets, then my advice would be to find a company in your own country to buy them from!

As if your buy them from abroad, then you could end up paying 2 or 3 times the cost of the actual magnets, just for your postage.

I personally buy all my magnets from first4magnetsDOTcom

  • 0:44

    its bad

  • I have two magnets that i can't pull apart any tips for pulling them apart?

  • slide them apart

  • Set them on fire. With proper temp it will demagnetize them and you can pull them apart quite easily (unless they melt together)

  • dont do that cause that lost of force will be permanent, the only way is sliding them apart, is fucking hard but its possible

  • @jegrrnilau you can seperate them by putting one of them against a table, and push the other one down, the one that is outside the table

  • that hand at the end looked so real

  • China to stop exporting this material? They produce 99% of the world supply. Is this true?

  • yes it is, just research it

  • 0:50 stupid, that VERY bad for your tv

  • he probably gounna throw it away anyways...

  • lol i hav my 3 inch inside an altoids tin to protect it XD

  • That's a crazy strong magnet. Was this the largest size you were able to get? I know that, at least in California, you have to be licensed to handle the really large Neodymium magnets.

  • what size is really big?

  • i don't now much of what magnets can or can not break, but didn't screw up your camera ?

  • paranormal activity

  • Keep it on your head and go sleep ^^

  • @Earthbound64

    would that do anything?

  • @cococody121

Yes,they are ultra strong!(for their size)

You can get nightmares if you sleep with them on your head ^^

  • ey is dat shit good for your tv?? and great vid

  • not at all for crt's. since they run on magnets and a strong enought magnet can distort the power of the electromagnet inside the tv.

lcd's and plasma's not so much

  • holly shit..i creaped out at the TV

  • haha freakin' tv distortion.

  • 1-st Track please

  • paralyzer i can't remember who by

  • i got a huge blood clot because i was messing around with mine.

can anyone suggest any cool experiments i can do with them? apart from moving coins through a table, of course.

  • @LizzyAston you got a blood clot from a magnet? like it hit you or crushed you hand or something?

  • @devonkeim i cant find what i said. but yes, i have got one on my thumb at this moment. when you chuck one of these magnets at someone's locker, they will be scared shitless from the sound it makes. in order to get it off it takes about 2 full minutes to get it to the edge and yank it off. the trouble comes when you have two of them - be FUCKING careful. i *had* two. my brother decided to play with them behind my back and one of them shattered when they collided - 5 quid down the drain.

  • @devonkeim check the other videos such as "neodymium magnet lifting 190 pounds" - when magnets come together, the closer they are the greater the force gets (exponential). if your finger were to get in the way of these two magnets, definitely bruising, possible skin breakage, possible bone fractures. no joke!

  • I've just bought a few, just so peeps know, there are different standards, N42 seems like the most common, but they arent as strong as the more expensive and durable N52. I like the spheres, they still have a lot of pull and they are near impossible to break and they wont pinch you.

  • where you bought them from?, neodymium is very fragile, maybe yours have something else

  • That girl is going to come out of that hole in the tv.

  • They either wrap it in a bunch of bubble wrap or in a foam enclosure. The magnetic field doesn't reach out very far so as long you have 5 or so inches on each side your fine.

  • What would it do to a led or plasma?Any body want to loan one out?

  • I hope that paper dollar did not become 'counterfeit' after been 'heavily magnetized' (LOL).

  • wow. better keep this thing 2 m away from credit cards and hard disks...

  • whats the box for?

  • I have foam in the black case, and it is where I store the magnet.

  • Hey Tommy

  • i got 2 for $40 and they measured at 1'', 2'', 2''

  • i got a question...how did they ship that? in a plastic truck?

  • Probably in a metal container with heavy magnetic shield.

  • How much did that magnet cost you?

  • I think it was around 60-70 dollars.

  • TV's only use electrostatics (high voltage) to steer the beam and electromagnets to focus the beam to the dot. BTW, it's not really good for your TV or your cell phone to do this stuff with high power magnets but it does what he is showing if you really want to try it and ruin your stuff or someone you don't like.I would only do it on an old TV that I don't expect to use. anymore. These magnets can really hurt you if your not careful too. Get pinched between 2 or a piece of metal and find out.

  • this is an awesome video!!!

  • You can't get a screen to split an atom down to it's electrons and anyway you would need energy to split down, not the atom.

  • Comment removed

  • it's affecting the electro magnetic field. pretty simple really

  • Wrong. Inside the glass there is a metal screen. If you look closely you will see it. The maganet attracts it and moves it enough to distort the image.

  • actually i think its both.. it moves the metal screen, and affects the magnetic feild, causing electrons to change direction.

if you disconnect the electro magnets on the back of a picture tube, all you get is a dot on screen.

  • Possibily. I don't know, I am not a television expert.

  • Misspelling scientist... really? -__-

  • Hey, I am only a homosapien

  • CRT screens work by firing electrons out, the color and brightness if effected by electromagnetic fields, the magnet changes these

  • what does it do?

  • THIS is INSANE!

  • hey what up magneto. snikr lol

  • how much did it cost or where did you find it?

  • I got it off ebay.

  • How much did it cost?

  • Wait a second, how wasn't your video camera affected? That thing is dangerous; any watches, cellphones, whatever you had on while filming this...

  • I didn't let the magnet get close enough to the camera to effect it.( Magnetic feilds greatly weaken with range)

  • @Cyanmint Plus magnets don't usually affect things that don't have moving parts...solid state drives and flash drives shouldn't be affected...I've had my cell phone and iPod sitting on subwoofer magnets and nothing has happened to them.

  • I can just see some kid getting one of these... running up to thier grandma or grandpa... and tearing the pacemaker right out of thier chest like a scene from alien.

  • @Kittani1977 MAN I FUKKIN LAUGHED WHEN I READ THAT. NOIT BECAUSE I WANT IT TO HAPPEN BUT BECAUSE KIDS ARE KIDS, YA KNOW?......HEY GRANNY LOOK WHAT I GOT.......BANG..

  • @Kittani1977

    :'D

  • hahaha screen rape

  • Can you screw up your TV doing that? I tried some weak normal magnets and got the pretty colors on the screen without permanent damage, I'm just wondering if the whole screen-rape thing is damaging for the tv? gonna get me one of these soon

  • Yes, you can permanently damage a TV with a magnet. CRT TVs can have permanent damage done to them if you have a magnet near them long enough, but some CRT TVs have a degaussing coil which will correct most of the damage done by the magnet when the TV is turned on. I don't think LCD TVs are greatly affected by magnets, but if you have a big enough I think it can cause damage to the TV. I don't recomend putting a magnet near a TV unless you don't care about the TV.

  • Hah, in the mean time, I managed to get permanent discoloration with my small ordinary magnet, but I moved the magnet around the discolored part and it went away gradually.

  • Degauss doent work if magnet is little bit bigger. I have few videos here in youtube you might want to watch =)

  • wow im gana get myself some of those magnets..whats the song in the beginning btw?

  • The song is Paralyzer by Finger Eleven.

  • poor, poor tv

  • oh, and when i put a magnet close to my mobile phone, it thinks its camara is on, incase of off :P

  • you droped the magnet causing 150 pounds of persure twards the tictak case

  • this pretty cool but you could of dun sum cooler shit with the magnets like using a real hand

  • Im sure that if you asked, Everyone would want to be a volonteer for this.
