Wouldn't like a lot of people die especially if the fire was on the bottom floor how would people get out and how will they escape from the top, I mean there is no person who would wanna go down all of those stair at least a half a mile long from the residential area and how will the fire be put out because know fire fighter or something like that will climb all those stairs

oh and you know what else ? we study/get treated for free ..

you actually get paid in university .. so they ARE spending A LOT of money on that .. not to mention that this project is private, and building hospitals is kinda the governments job .. so before you start accusing people of brain problems, just check your data ;)
