The confusion seems to stem from the mistaken idea that there were handwritten notes by various Clinton Administration officials in the margins of these documents, which Mr. Berger may have been able to destroy. But that's simply an 'urban myth,' prosecutor Hillman tells us, based on a leak last July that was 'so inaccurate as to be laughable.' In fact, the five iterations of the anti-terror 'after-action' report at issue in the case had no notations at all.
Despite prosecutor's statements, some critics continued to make allegations. Wall Street Journal reiterated its position, stating "Some people won't let a bad conspiracy theory go".

Beg to differ, I watch CNN, Fox, BBC, CBC and stations relative to current international events - I like to get a broad perspective, digest what's being put out, and ascertain what the commonalities in the "story-tellings" are, consider those to be predominantly fact and base my opinion on the results.

You need to clarify the difference between socialism, communism, marxism and fascism for your own good. They are distinctly different. where Communism seeks to substitute the state for private ownership, fascism seeks to incorporate or co-opt private ownership into the state apparatus through public-private partnership. Thus fascism tends to be more tempting than Communism to wealthy interests who may see it as a way to insulate their economic power from competition through forced cartelization and other corporatist stratagems.

Youtube has out grown anything they thought when they started this. their servers do not update fast enough. If you hit refresh you can eventually get to a server which has updated. "Liberals" have no need to sabotage youtube to get their point across.

What's the matter? The facts make you uncomfortable?...Sandy Berger stole documents. Those documents must have incriminated him and Clinton...There is no other possible motive for such intentional theft and destruction of documents sensitive to the 9/11 attack.

I believe you are referring to Sandy Berger. After an investigation, lead prosecutor Noel Hillman, chief of the Justice Department's public integrity section, stated no original material was destroyed. This led The Wall Street Journal to editorialize against the allegations.

Sandy Berger, upon the request of Bill Clinton, entered the National Archives on several occasions, shoved obviously incriminating documents down his pants and in his socks, destroyed them, and then lied about it...This is not the mark of integrity. This is the mark of something to hide. The issue at hand is not the document itself, but the scribled notes between Berger and Clinton...Noel Hillman obviously was part of the coverup.
