You were supposed to say "You're watching ABC", because ABC's 1993-1996 ID was the last one to use "This is ABC". However, you have lots of talent as an announcer.
Is that what the announced said when this ID came? I think for this one, there was no announcer so I insert one with the classic "This is ABC" voiceover. Thanks for the comment. I guess the more I practice, the better I would become.
Maybe try saying the name in full...'The American Broadcasting Company'...as a variation; ABC did that on some of their other logos. Just a thought

From 1999 to 2008, the so-called chime that is ABC used in it's ident sounded something like NBC, but their is the original.

I remember after Whose Line? comes on they had a little song on ABC then it will go bum bum bum bum (ABC)

I guess to me they will always be known as the American Broadcasting Company....ABC.

Actually they dropped the "American Broadcasting Company" moniker in 2007 when they changed to "Start Here".
