弓返りは｛弓が自然と回ろうとする力｝｛角見｝｛カケの作用｝で­起きるものであってそれらが正しく作用していれば弓返りは「起き­てしまう」のです。

弓返りを止めてしまっては弓の作用を阻害してそれこそ矢が自然に­飛ばなくなってしまい、射の精密度が下がってしまいます。

ですので止めるのは大きな間違いです。

弓手をしっかり絞っていれば、こんなことをする必要はない筈です­。当たる矢も当たらなくなります。
