Instrumental-wise there's too much going on in the background, which isn't necessarily bad but they don't do this very well. It seems all over the place.

The fun of the actual song is ruined. Them being men ruins the comedic element Katy Perry's version has.

Overall, it's an OK song. It's not the best thing I've ever heard, but I could listen to it again. I still prefer Katy's version.
