HAhahaha I've never come across a stale one. But then again, It only takes me a few days to eat the entire bag because they're just that good. The reason they have the grape flavor in the big bottles is due to recent customer complaints that the grape flavor is so good, it is too wild of a flavor to be contained in such a small, limited bottle.
I think if you had come across a stale one, you wouldn't notice. It's the nature of animal crackers.
Flavored Propel Fitness Water must be like wine. Some people like bold, rich flavors, some like light, dry ones with fruity boquets. (I know nothing about wine, but that sounds as good as I can make it.) Here, let me cleanse my palate with a crisp, ginger sorbet before I taste another.

That reminds me that Mark Twain said, "Clothes are the man. Naked people have little or no influence on society." Actually, he said "Clothes make the man," but I thought the modification would be funnier after hearing your koan.
See, I'm not good at this. But after reading Darwin and how the variations are what define the species (almost), my mind really wants to try to make sense of it.
