@missemilyblueberry That's what I usually do. But the glitter I'm using in this video comes in a container with many other glitters also. There's only a tiny hole at the top of this container so I had to pour it. Just put a slip of paper underneath to catch the excess. Then you won't waste any glitter. :)

omg! i have used this before and it is sooooo cute! my friends mom had every glitter imagined! sooo adorable! the only bad thing is that they come off in the pool really easily, take a while to do, and if you want to take them off with polish remover its a huge pain!

@supermia12341 Take a cotton ball and polish remover, Pour a small amount of polish remover in the cap and put the cotton ball in the cap, dip your nail in the bottle cap, then let it sit in the cap for 1 minute while twisting your finger around and it should come off!

They sell OPI nail glitter at Sephora also. I find it works better if you just dip your fingernail in it, as opposed to wasting it by pouring it on. Also, it comes off super easy!

This works a lot better if you apply a base coat.. Then a color or a clear polish, whichever you prefer.. And use foil glue. Apply it and it dries tacky.. And the glitter holds well. Then apply your top coat. It takes a lot less time to dry. :)

@gumdropkai I bought this glitter from Wal Mart. :) It's called Glitter Caddy, and I found it in the craft section. It's super cheap and comes in a large container that has six different colors of glitter. :)

@KatieLoveHabbo Haha, a little bit. Glitter polishes are always harder to remove anyway, so this can be difficult too. I like to wait as long as I can before taking this design off, so I usually do it on my toes. :P

@KatieLoveHabbo I do glitter all the time :) Just hold the varnish remover soaked pad on the nails for about 30 seconds and it comes off super easy :)

@sandra49511 After I add the glitter, I wait a full fifteen minutes before applying two top coats. I think adding two top coats really helps me and I haven't had glitter fall off all over the place when doing it this way. Also, try a thicker top coat such as Seche Vite. :) Hope this helps!
