Hello! After the girls contract is up, they do move onto Quidam. And after Quidam, they can either do multiple of things. Become a trainer for the show(s), apply for a different job, or end career with Cirque du Soleil. Most of them usually go back to school and go for a college degree.

They have behind the scenes things you can go to. Only La Nouba offers it but it is there. I know...I went :D
