I think the kids kind of represent the young adults (2X years old aka legal) and teenagers that want to go clubbing. You may not think of them as kids age wise but spirit wise there isn't much of a difference.

What do most kids what to do when they're young?

I'm betting a lot would say "To have fun"

And what is your goal in clubbing?

"To dance"

"To meet people"

"To listen to music"

All of that results in "To have fun"

@smartyyy well the general idea was probably to solidify the image by having the girls do exactly what the adult counter-parts they are imitating would do, you also have to think that Japan is regularly a lot less skittish about these things compared to us north-americans and most europeans, so, guessing by the absence of any overtly provocative material in this video other than those 2-3 scenes and the fun/upbeat feel of the song, those scenes would probably passed by just as humorous in japan.

Simple truth is when you have that many people in such a closed-in space the few rotten apples have easier access to their targets so they react accordingly and tighten security. jap kids are prolly safer than ours.
