As a college man, I can say you do indeed learn more in college, but it's not from the classes. It's from the connections you make. I'm 'studying' to be a game designer, and I haven't learned a god damn thing from my professors. I learned from my friends. Fellow gamers that are self taught and know the ins and outs of various programming languages. 90 percent of our time is spent getting drunk or playing Smash Bros in the student lounge.
